G-4: Heads of Steak

Every afternoon, we give these four young heifers creep feed to supplement their daily diet. It's important, while they're in this growth stage, to give them the best possible nutrition, not only so that they'll stay healthy but also to get them ready for breeding.

Two of the four (Pearl and No. 112), will be bred in July, and the younger two (Mary and Martha), will be ready in December or January.

We hope to produce a good crop of calves from these four girls in the near future. (And tender, well-marbled steaks)!
