Christmas Day 2009

.
We had snow flurries on Christmas Eve and woke up to frozen water troughs on Christmas morning. Here's a photo of Ken breaking the ice in the trough near the working pens.

.
This is the water trough in the Large Trap where Molly and Joshua are.
.
.
We took a break to enjoy the special Christmas lunch that Joji prepared,

and open gifts.
.

.
.
Then it was back to work on the water troughs.
.
.
Ken took the time to enjoy hand-feeding some of Brian's more gentle cattle with range cubes,
.
.
.
and helped put out hay.
.
.
.
And we just had to pose for the photo below with our cowboy hats on!
