Suzie Q was one of the cows we purchased from JLOR Farm on January 5, 2010. She was bred to a purebred Angus bull on January 15, and is expected to calve around October 27 this year. The gestation period for cows is 283 days.

.We had her palpated (pregnancy-tested) at the Quitman Animal Clinic last April 1, and Dr. Bennett confirmed that she is about 90 days pregnant.
