What a nice Easter weekend I had when my cousin Roel, his wife Angie, and brother-in-law, David came and spent the night at Aurora Farm. We went to church on Easter Sunday and had a nice Easter lunch at home (I slow-cooked a corned beef brisket and Angie made a special potato dish and dessert).
